State Bar of California

Created by the state legislature in 1927, the State Bar is a public corporation within the judicial branch of government, serving as an arm of the California Supreme Court. All State Bar members are officers of the court. Membership in the State Bar of California affords attorneys the right and privilege of practicing law in this state. US Trustee Program

The United States Trustee Program is the component of the Department of Justice responsible for overseeing the administration of bankruptcy cases and private trustees under 28 U.S.C. § 586 and 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. It consists of an Executive Office for U.S. Trustees (EOUST) in Washington, DC; 21 regional U.S. Trustees; and 95 field offices. The Secretary of State is a great tool for all potential business owners considering incorporating their business. California Association of Realtors

The purpose of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is to serve its membership in developing and promoting programs and services that will enhance the members' freedom and ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency, and through collective action, to promote the preservation of real property rights. www.car.org

The Discharge in Bankruptcy

Provides an overview of the bankruptcy process. The federal courts often are called the guardians of the Constitution because their rulings protect rights and liberties guaranteed by it. Through fair and impartial judgments, the federal courts interpret and apply the law to resolve disputes. The courts do not make the laws. That is the responsibility of Congress.
